Terms

1.1 Cooling Off Period

Your registration to the event shall be voided if you advise us, in writing, within one (1) working day (24 Hours) of signing up, that you no longer wish to receive our services by delivering or sending (including by electronic mail) a written cancellation notice to us (hereinafter referred to as "Cancellation Notice"). We will then refund to you all monies or part thereof which you have paid to us under this Agreement within thirty (30) business days from the date we have received such Cancellation Notice.

1.2 Cancellation

fist365 reserves all rights to cancel the Seminar Services for any reason whatsoever by written notice to you. You hereby agree that in the event the seminar services are canceled by us, you are only entitled to a refund of the payment which you have paid to us free of any interest and that you shall not be entitled to claim against us for any other costs, expenses, losses, damages or liabilities which may be incurred or suffered by you as a result of such cancellation. You further agree that we shall have no further liability to you in respect of the cancellation.

1.3 Refunds

By signing up, you acknowledge that you shall not be entitled to and shall not claim a refund other than by strict compliance with Clauses 1.1 1.2, and 1.4 hereof.

You further acknowledge that any request for cancellation of the seminar services after the Cooling Off period as mentioned in Clause 1.1 above shall be subject to the sole discretion and approval of fist365 llc. Should fist365 agree to the cancellation, you shall be charged a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the seminar fee for the seminar services that you registered for. Cancellations shall only be allowed for up to 30 days before the seminar.

1.4 Transferring of Tickets

In the event you are unable to attend the event that you have booked and paid for, you are eligible to transfer your ticket to a nominated new attendee, subject to written notification to us that includes the full contact details of the new attendee that you have nominated. This written notification shall be submitted to us at least five (5) working days before the event date, an administration fee of USD $50 shall apply.

Should you wish to transfer and attend the run of the seminar instead of the one you have booked and paid for, you are required to give written notice at least five (5) working days before the event date, subject to approval by fist365 Llc.

1.5 Exam Pass Guarantee

In the event that you fail your first attempt taking your first CompTIA Exam on your first try we will cover the exam voucher cost for the retake. In order to be eligible you must have completed all course assignments in the learning Path for your exam. This includes all course videos, course tests, and lab simulations. In addition to completing all assignments you will be required to pass the Test Prep Exam with a 90% or above. Once all of this has been verified by the Instructor your Exam Retake Voucher will be processed and sent to you directly. This process is designed to make sure that you pass your Certification on the retry. RockIT Certification will only give 1 Retake voucher per Bootcamp attendee. If you attempt a different exam on your second try it does not qualify for this guarantee. If you attempt a different exam after getting a CompTIA Certification and fail and you haven't used your Retake voucher we will pay for the retake exam. If you attempt a second certificate and already used your voucher we can't give you a second one under this guarantee.
